Who this policy covers

This policy explains what Atlas Insulation does with the information you give us through the forms and phone numbers on this website. Atlas Insulation is an insulation contractor based at 2153 NW 79th Ave, Doral, FL 33122, serving Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we receive only the fields you fill in:

• your name
• your phone number
• your email address
• the insulation service you selected
• the street address of the property, on the pages that ask for it

We do not ask for and have no use for payment details, a social security number, or any government identification through this website. Please do not send them to us in a form.

Alongside those fields, our forms record the web address of the page you submitted from and the address of the page that referred you to it. This is how we tell which advertisement or search brought you here, and it is attached to your enquiry when it reaches us.

What we do with it

• We contact you about your enquiry. A member of our team calls, texts or emails you using the details you gave us, to arrange a free on-site assessment and to send you a written estimate.
• We keep a record of the enquiry in the systems listed below so that whoever picks up your job can see what you originally asked for.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone who wants to market their own products to you.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry passes through service providers we use to run the business. They process it on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

• our email provider, which delivers the enquiry to our inbox
• our customer-management and workflow tools, which hold the enquiry so we can follow it up
• CallRail, our call and form tracking provider, which records which advertisement or search your enquiry came from
• Microsoft Clarity, which reconstructs how the page was used as described under cookies and tracking below
• Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that a form was submitted by a person and not by an automated script. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Calls and text messages

By submitting a form you are asking us to get in touch about your enquiry, and you agree that we may call, text or email you at the details you provided in order to do so. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text, by asking the person you speak to, or by using the contact details at the foot of this page. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

Cookies, tracking and advertising

Our marketing pages use the following, which set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:

• Google Tag Manager, which loads the Google tags below
• Google Analytics, which tells us how visitors reach and move through the page
• Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, which tell us which campaigns produce enquiries and allow us to advertise to people who have visited before
• the Meta pixel, which reports the same for advertising on Facebook and Instagram
• Microsoft Advertising conversion tracking, which does the same for advertising on Bing
• Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors use the page and reconstructs it as session recordings and heatmaps, so we can see where people get stuck. This captures your clicks, scrolling and mouse movement on the page
• CallRail, which shows a different phone number to different visitors so we can tell which source a call came from

These providers may combine what they see here with what they hold about you already. You can limit advertising cookies through your browser settings, and through Google's ad settings, Meta's ad preferences and Microsoft's ad settings. Blocking them does not affect your ability to send us an enquiry or to call us.

This page itself loads no tracking of any kind.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep proper business records, and then we delete them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Use the contact details below and we will deal with your request.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of it.
